PC&MS also owns the golf-course tipping business trading as North East Restoration, extending the group’s activities into land reclamation and restoration in North East England.

North East Restoration is the trading name of the group’s golf-course tipping and restoration business owned by PC&MS. It works in land restoration and reclamation, including golf-course and driving-range schemes in North East England.
Its published project activity includes Wearside Driving Range in Sunderland. Suitable soil imports can support restoration work, with project requirements and material acceptance considered for each site.
