Who we are

This website is operated by Parriss Holdings Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 16995338), with its registered office at 15 Chestnut Gardens, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 4HS. Parriss Holdings Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. We can be contacted at admin@parriss.holdings.

What we collect and why

If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in corresponding with those who contact us.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs as part of operating the site, and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process this data on servers outside the United Kingdom, subject to appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.

This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics trackers, and does not serve advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the matter raised, and thereafter in accordance with our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared with our professional advisers, or where required by law or regulation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the rights to access, correct and request the deletion of it, and to object to our processing.
